Dr. Julie Dodge

Julie Dodge has over 30 years of experience delivering, leading, and consulting in non-profit, government, faith communities, academia, and public services. Julie is a social worker and educator who has served as a consultant, professor, dean, executive, ministry, and system leader. Her breadth of experience allows her insight into the healthy development of kids, families, and communities, as well as the impacts of mental health, substance use, and social determinants of health. She is skilled in teaching and training, human-centered program and system design, and policy design and advocacy. 

Based out of the Pacific Northwest in the United States, Julie has traveled frequently in her quest to better understand different cultures and people. She has led student trips to Nicaragua, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic, and offered trainings in Nepal and the Dominican Republic. Julie has also zip lined on four continents!

Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in Christian Education with an emphasis on youth from Biola University, a Master’s of Social Welfare from the University of California - Los Angeles, with an emphasis on community organization, administration, and planning, and a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Global Perspectives from George Fox University.
